The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Devon and Cornwall is considering the future commissioning of a specialist Stalking Perpetrator Intervention Service across Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Any future tender, contract award and mobilisation will be subject to the outcome of a Home Office funding bid, confirmation of funding, and completion of the OPCC’s internal approval and governance processes. The OPCC is undertaking this Market Engagement Exercise / Expression of Interest to gather supplier feedback before any potential competitive procurement exercise. The OPCC is particularly interested in whether the market can offer an integrated model covering perpetrator intervention, independent victim advocacy and workforce training.
