1. The Provider will provide an Independent Stalking Advocacy service dedicated to delivering specialist support across the Dyfed-Powys Police area. This should include provision of an Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC). 2. The ISAC will provide expert stalking advocacy support to victims of stalking, supporting them through the complex criminal justice system, managing risk and improving safety. 3. The service should prioritise non-domestic abuse related stalking victims and then assess domestic abuse stalking victims on a case-by-case risk assessed basis. 4. ISAC Support will be delivered face-to-face, over the phone and virtually via video calls where appropriate, to allow the provision of support across the large geographical area. 5. The Provider will work with Dyfed-Powys Police to embed a police referral process into the ISAC service. 6. The Provider will enable self-referrals from victims/survivors and referrals from other support services as appropriate. 7.
