About this contract

The Contract shall operate on a call-off basis, with services being commissioned by the University as and when required during the Contract Term. The University does not guarantee any minimum level of spend, volume of work, or value of services. The consultant will provide specialist services including: • Fire engineering technician support, including the review of fire strategies using fire engineering principles. • Fire risk assessment reviews for complex and heritage buildings. • Independent audit and peer review of existing fire risk assessments. • Review, development and completion of fire strategies • Fire safety and compliance advice throughout project lifecycles, from design development through to construction completion and handover.
