To man road barrier encouraging residents only parking. 2 x Security Albert Street 13.00 - 20.00 Thursday 25th, Friday 26th Saturday 27th September. To man road barrier encouraging residents only parking. 4 x Security Fair field horse market Wednesday 24th September 08.00 - 16.00. Two staff manning gate to control entry and exit, two patrolling the market. Term 1.2.
