Ongoing placement is necessary while searches for a suitable long-term provider continue. Alternative placement options and safe transfer arrangements are actively being explored. Any delay in provision would present a significant risk to patient safety, continuity of care, and may result in deterioration in the patient's condition and destabilisation.
