Derbyshire County Council Adult Health and Social Care are re-opening their Framework for the procurement of Specialist Residential Care and Nursing Home Placements (under 65 years) for specific geographical areas. This re-opening is restricted to Providers operating in the following areas only: • North Derbyshire (Bolsover, Chesterfield, High Peak, North East Derbyshire) • South Derbyshire (Amber Valley, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash, South Derbyshire) • Derby City • Nottinghamshire • Nottingham City The Framework is applicable to the following client groups: • Mental Health • Learning Disabilities • Autism Spectrum Condition • Physical Disabilities • Sensory Impairment • Acquired Brain Injury • Those with unpredictable levels of behaviour that challenges services This Framework is not relevant to care home providers with only services for people over 65 years of age.
