The existing Spirit Store is a refrigerated container which holds generally organic and biological items which are preserved in vessels of flammable spirit such as denatured alcohol or formalin. The store requires replacement. The Horniman wishes to appoint a contractor to develop their Employer's Requirements into a design and deliver the works for a replacement Spirit Store.
