About this contract

Following positive market feedback and strong interest expressed during engagement activities for SCAPE's next generation Construction Works and Services Framework, SCAPE is considering establishing a new framework for the provision of construction works and services within complex environments, including but not limited to the Defence sector, across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. SCAPE will continue to undertake market engagement activities to inform the development of the framework ahead of submitting a Tender Notice. This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. The purpose of this notice is to provide details on SCAPE's pre-market engagement activities in support of the upcoming procurement of a Defence and Complex Environments Framework for construction works and services. This framework is envisaged to include the following Lots: Lot 1 - Lot capacity of £500m for call-offs between £0 to £15m, UK wide.
