The new tooling solution must provide the following: -Increased ease of updating the forward programme with automatic updates replacing manual data entry. -Increased ease of moving assets between schemes with the highest demand and re-prioritising. -The ability to deliver summary reporting to internal and external stakeholders instantly. -The ability to update programme parameters such as updated unit cost or inflation data to inform programme costs over the lifespan of the project. -Scalability and flexibility.
