Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for admission to the existing Over 65 Years of Age Residential Care Home Framework for Swindon. Project Description Swindon Borough Council is undertaking the first annual re-opening of its existing Residential Care Home Framework for adults aged 65 years and over within the Swindon locality. This Framework was originally commissioned under public contract regulations and will continue to use this until the end of the total term. This framework commenced on 1st January 2026 and is currently operating within the initial contract period. Existing Framework providers are not required to reapply as part of this process. Successful applicants will join the existing Framework from 1st January 2027. This procurement exercise does not constitute a new procurement or re-tender of the Framework. It provides an opportunity for providers that are not currently admitted to the Framework, or that were unsuccessful in previous application rounds, to apply for admission to the Framework.
