**THIS PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE IS TO NOTIFY SUPPLIERS OF AN UPCOMING MARKET ENGAGEMENT RELATED TO A POTENTIAL NEW PROGRAMME**. The Department for Education's (DfE) Education Estates team is seeking further engagement with suppliers in the construction services and construction works markets related to the development of a potential new programme. This programme would focus on the condition and sustainability of buildings across the Education Estate in England, working closely with those responsible for their estate (Local Authorities, Academy Trusts, Dioceses etc.). This programme is projected to include procurement of strategic, regional delivery partners who will provide construction technical advisory services related to school building condition, sustainability, project management, procurement services, technical and cost management and assurance services, architectural and design services, energy related services and building services either directly or through their supply chain.
