About this contract

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) and Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB), collectively the South West Wales region (the Region), seek to appoint service providers to undertake Integrated Pest Management services across the respective health boards’ sites. The contract will support a diverse estate portfolio, including acute hospitals, community hospitals, mental health units, community clinics, kitchens, waste compounds, external grounds, plant rooms, and other high risk or specialist areas. Preventative and reactive cover will be required, with sites classified based on risk. Carmarthenshire Sites: Approx 31 locations Pembrokeshire Sites: Approx 21 locations Ceredigion Sites: Approx 18 locations Swansea Sites: Approx 20 locations Neath Port Talbot Sites: Approx 11 locations The project is being led by both Health Boards, with HDUHB leading on the procurement process.
