The Cornerstone is a municipal multi-purpose arts and community venue, owned and managed by SODC. It is located in the heart of Didcot town centre, adjacent to the popular Orchard Shopping Centre. The premises is staffed from 10:0 to 23:0, Monday to Saturday. It is open to the public on these days, with ticketed shows taking place in the evenings and other community-based hire functions throughout the day. It is principally closed on Sundays, though may open on an infrequent basis for shows if required. The premises was constructed in 2007/08 and comprises of three storeys, accommodating a ground floor café and various exhibition rooms, toilets, cloakroom, offices, auditorium and smaller multi-functional rooms.
