The Principal Contractor is to provide the Project Leader with all relevant test certification for record and audit purposes. 3.Establish temporary light. 4.Deliver all plant/materials/camp to NLB Oban packaged for helicopter underslinging. 5.Land plant/materials/camp on site and establish site. 6.Replacement of balcony handrail and metal deck floor in watch room. 7.Upgrade of electrical installation. 8.Upgrade of AtoN and power supply.
