Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Reactive Repairs and Small Works Framework to support the maintenance and repair of its property portfolio. The framework will cover a wide range of reactive repairs, emergency response works, and minor planned works (typically up to £10,000 per order) across commercial buildings and a limited number of domestic properties managed by the Council.
