The works will cover re-roofing works to approximately 245 Properties As part of the Scheme of Works there are also requirements for additional sub-contractors for the provision of Flat Roofs, Shed Refurbishments, Relocation of Aerials and Satellites and Scaffolding. The available work packages will be awarded in Lots, as follows Lot 1 - Pitch Roofing Lot 2 - Flat Roofing Lot 3 - Building - Shed Refurbishment Lot 4 - Aerial and Satellite Relocation Lot 5 - Scaffolding
