The Council seeks specialist consultancy support in relation to the potential acquisition, assembly and control of strategic landholdings immediately adjacent to the Wolverhampton Interchange. The purpose of this commission is to support the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) in assessing and securing positions in respect of six key land parcels under the ownership and control of three principal landowners. The appointed consultant will provide targeted early-stage feasibility, development and land assembly advice to support the delivery of the Interchange Quarter regeneration programme. The commission will focus on identifying opportunities, assessing constraints and de-risking future development proposals, with the overarching objective of residential and mix use.
