Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Authorised Authority) requires a Supplier for provision of Winter Maintenance Services (The Service) , including, but not limited to salt spreading, services to the Authorised Authority's Locations/Premises. The Supplier shall provide comprehensive Winter Maintenance Services, specifically appropriate snow clearance and/or gritting services (the Service), to the Authorised Authority's sites. This is to facilitate safe access for the Authorised Authority's staff, members of the public, patients and other 3rd parties to the Premises. The Supplier and shall be responsible for ensuring the key objectives of the service are maintained, specifically: - Responding to adverse weather conditions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week - Maintaining safe, logical and clear vehicle and pedestrian circulation routes across the property at all times - Minimising disruption to the property, its core services, staff, patients, visiting members of the public and any adjoining neighbours Services may be required at new/additional Locations/Property during the Term (e.g. new site coming online following completion of a separate building p
