About this contract

Phoenix is seeking to commence a meter replacement programme for Industrial & Commercial meter installations and is looking to appoint Supplier(s) who can supply rotary positive displacement (RPD) and/ or turbine meters in support of this specific asset work. The initial contract period shall be four consecutive calendar years with an optional extension period, at Phoenix discretion, for a further four years. Whilst there is no guarantee of any minimum nor maximum workload, the estimated total number of meters required during the initial four-year period (2027 – 2031) is expected to be approximately 205 units of which 197 are RPD meters and 8 are turbine meters. Should an extension period be invoked, then the estimated number of meter replacements for the four-year extension period shall be expected to be approximately 86 RPD meters and 13 turbine meters. RPD variants are required in the flow range 65m3/hr to 400m3/hr (G40 to G250) and turbine variants in the flow range 650m3/hr to 4000m3/hr (G400 to G2500).
