As a dedicated children’s hospice, Tŷ Hafan offers expert clinical support to children and young people with complex, rare or undiagnosed life shortening conditions, ensuring care that is fully personalised to their physical, emotional and social needs. The award decision makers are relevant staff from the Consortium Health Boards involved in the provider selection process, these include the roles of General Manager, Lead Commissioner and Clinical Staff. No conflicts of interest were declared or identified as part of the conflicts assessment process.
