A services contract from West Yorkshire Combined Authority, worth £48,000,000. Below: what it involves and how to write a winning bid for it.
North Yorkshire Police, South Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Police have commenced scoping for the re-procurement of our National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) contracts. The current contracts expire 28th November 2027, and the forces will be undertaking a joint tender exercise to facilitate the award of three new contracts, one contract per force, to one supplier for all three contracts. We plan to publish the tender February/March 2027, with contract award in July 2027 and allowing 4 months mobilisation prior to contract commencement on 29th November 2027. As part of our preparations, we are conducting this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) with potential suppliers to ensure we get our contractual approach and service specification accurate and clear, and to ensure the tender opportunity is attractive to the market. If you wish to participate in this tender when it goes live please ensure that you are registered, before February 2027, with our e-tendering portal (the Blue Light National E-Commercial System) which can be accessed via the following link: https://atamis-7459.my.site.com/s/Welcome You are also required to register your organisation on the Governme
