About this contract

Amplius is preparing to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint suitably qualified Contractors to provide lift and lift equipment inspection, servicing, planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, and associated services across our residential property portfolio. We welcome feedback and engagement from all interested Contractors, including established providers, specialist firms, and SMEs operating across our regions.
