Associated works include the enclosure of the internal courtyard (high-level windows, anti-climb rollers and a new safety surface), site clearance including the removal of one tree, an extended tarmac footpath giving level access to the new entrance, kerb alterations with a dropped kerb and tactile paving, reinstatement and re-marking of part of the car park including an accessible bay, new soft landscaping, bollard lighting, a new rainwater downpipe connection and alterations to below-ground drainage. The existing kitchen is retained and, other than the replacement of its door, is excluded from the works.
