Habinteg Housing Association wishes to appoint one or more Supplier(s) to deliver communal cleaning and grounds maintenance services across its residential schemes in Northeast England. The services are intended to ensure that communal areas are maintained to an appropriate standard, providing safe, clean and well-maintained environments for residents. The opportunity has been divided into four Lots, comprising: Lot 1 - Communal Cleaning in the Northeast Lot 2(a) - Grounds Maintenance in North Shields and Royal Quays Lot 2(b) - Grounds Maintenance in Stockton, Hemlington and Whinney Banks Lot 2(c) - Grounds Maintenance in Yarm The successful Supplier(s) will be expected to provide services to all sites within the Lot(s) awarded. Suppliers may submit a Tender Response for any or all Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently, and there is no restriction on the number of Lots that may be awarded to an individual Supplier.
