About this contract

United Utilities is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the provision of Operational Technology (OT) Build Only Works across its water and wastewater infrastructure assets. The framework will support the delivery of OT installation, integration, commissioning and associated build activities required to maintain, enhance and expand operational technology systems across a range of operational sites. The framework is intended to provide access to suitably qualified and experienced suppliers capable of delivering safe, efficient and high-quality OT build services, supporting United Utilities' operational and capital investment programmes. The procurement will be undertaken using a Competitive Flexible Procedure and will comprise a Conditions of Participation Questionnaire (COPQ) stage followed by an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) stage for suppliers who successfully meet the conditions of participation and are shortlisted to proceed.
