The service requirements are set out below. 1. Provide legal support to deliver procurement projects as required for the Matrix Programme including clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice throughout the procurement lifecycle (including evaluation and standstill) and, where required, to advise on and support the bringing and defending of procurement challenges. 2. Provide training/briefing to support and empower procurement teams and evaluators (when requested), tailored to the stage of the procurement (e.g., evaluation moderation, standstill, debriefing, challenge avoidance).
