The Contractor is procured via a 2-stage tender process. The 1st Stage tender process will identify a Contractor who will be selected to work with the client and design team under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) during the 2nd Stage tender process to develop the RIBA Stage 4 design and agree a contract sum.
