The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (OPCC) is considering future options for the provision of its Victim Support Service. We would therefore like to invite suppliers to participate in the preliminary market engagement process. This exercise is purely for the purpose of information gathering in order to inform the procurement strategy going forward. It should be noted that any future purchase will be subject to a full competitive tendering procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. A full specification of technical, functional and non-functional requirements would be provided within the tender documentation. The Victim Support Service has been commissioned by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for a number of years. The current contracts for the Victim Support Service are due to expire on 31 March 2027.
