About this contract

This is a preliminary market engagement notice to seek engagement with the market place to gather information associated with the provision of storage and distribution services for medicinal products, consumables and equipment in a health emergency. To this end, the Business Services Organisation, Procurement and Logistics Service on behalf of Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI), wish to engage with potential suppliers to obtain a market view of potential requirements through the completion of a questionnaire. Instructions for completion of the questionnaire are available via the eTendersNI CfT [Ref: 6575903] and relevant preliminary market engagement documents. Suppliers should note that any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.

How to win contracts like this

• ✓Answer against the marking scheme, not the question text — Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) scores each response, so map your evidence to the published criteria and weightings.
• ✓At £1, expect quality and social value to carry a large share of the score — price alone rarely wins services work.
• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar services contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓Start early: deadlines are tight and a strong bid takes iteration.

BidWriter drafts your responses from your company profile, scores them against the marking scheme, and tracks your whole pipeline. Free to start — no card needed.
