Preliminary Market Engagement / Early Market Engagement NHS England is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform three separate but connected requirements within the Targeted Prostate Cancer Screening Programme. The proposed workstreams are: 1. PSA laboratory processing and pathway support; 2. prostate MRI reporting; 3. BRCA digital decision resource / website development and evaluation. The programme is being developed to support targeted prostate cancer screening for men at increased risk, including men with a known pathogenic or likely pathogenic BRCA2 variant. The purpose of this engagement is to understand market capability, potential delivery models, mobilisation requirements, key risks, pricing assumptions, digital and information governance considerations, pathway interfaces and route-to-market options. The workstreams involve different capabilities and provider markets. NHS England may procure the requirements separately, and different procurement routes may apply to different workstreams.
