Network Rail (NR) is looking to procure a partner to provide, manage, operate and maintain Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and associated currency services across its managed stations and for Train Operating Company (TOC) stations that may join the arrangement during the contract term. The opportunity will support Network Rail's objective of generating sustainable commercial income from its estate whilst providing a safe, reliable and accessible service for passengers and station users. Network Rail is seeking a Supplier that can deliver a full end-to-end service, including the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, removal and ongoing management of ATM services, alongside opportunities for technological innovation, enhanced customer experience and foreign currency solutions where appropriate. Network Rail wishes to engage with Suppliers on this opportunity prior to commencing the formal procurement process to better understand market capability, commercial models, revenue generation opportunities, innovation, and best practice.
