Outline planning permission for residential (up to 266 units) and employment approved in March 2018 (Ref:2016/00883). Approval of Reserved Matters application for Phase 2 (B & C2) received on 21 December 2022 (Ref:2021/00357). All conditions have been discharged, with the exception of the Construction Management Plan. Phase B is the last residential development parcel at Rockfield Farm. Phases A and D (144 units) have been delivered by Bellway and Phase C2 (32 affordable units; 13 S106) has been recently completed by Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA).
