This includes: • Reviewing the preparatory work already undertaken, including the Executive Team and Board SWOT analysis, review of strategic challenges, proposed objectives, external drivers and people needs within the organisational strategy. • Designing and facilitating consultation sessions with colleagues and residents to test the emerging People Strategy themes, strategic objectives, outcomes and success measures. • Synthesising consultation feedback, organisational evidence and workforce insight into a clear set of strategic people priorities. • Developing a Corporate Strategy-to-People Strategy crosswalk showing alignment, contribution and any gaps. • Shaping the final People Strategy document, supported by a prioritised delivery roadmap, measures framework, baselines, targets, owners and reporting arrangements. • Ensuring the strategy is capable of being communicated clearly and owned by leaders, managers and colleagues across the organisa
