Leicester City Council has recently adopted a new Local Plan which sets out a vision and objectives for Leicester’s growth until 2036. The Plan identifies 28 non-strategic sites for development, to be delivered in the next 10 years, to help meet affordable housing need in the city. To help achieve this, the Council is keen to hear from Registered Providers who would be interested in delivering these sites for 100% affordable housing. The estimated value, contract start date and contract end date have not been confirmed, as this stage is to seek information from the PME exercise.
