The Oxfordshire Micromobility Scheme has two components: 1. A hire e-scooter and e-bike scheme covering central Oxfordshire (so including Oxford and surrounding areas, for example, Abingdon, Botley, Horspath, Kennington, Kidlington and Wheatley). 2. Hire e-bike trials across the Science Vale area , and separately, Bicester. The Council is seeking to appoint a sole operator to provide both e-scooters and e-bikes for hire in Oxfordshire, with the Oxfordshire Micromobility Scheme contract replacing the current escooter contract and the e-bike voluntary Code of Conduct .
