Provision of a fully managed Orthotic Service and Associated Goods for Airedale NHS Foundation Trust. The service includes the assessment, prescription, supply, fitting, review, repair and maintenance of orthotic devices and associated products. The provider will deliver specialist clinical expertise, patient-centred care, outcome monitoring and associated support services to meet the orthotic needs of referred patients. The contract also includes the provision of bespoke and off-the-shelf orthotic devices, patient follow-up, stock management and contract management services. The contract has been awarded to Hugh Steeper Ltd for a period of three years commencing 11 January 2027. The Trust has the option to extend for a further 2 x 3 year periods. The contract award value of £4,000,000.00 is based on the assumption that the extension periods will be utilised and the value is based on current activity, however this may fluctuate.
