About this contract

North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement and to assist with drafting a future tender specification for Live Well at Home framework. The Authority is looking to set up an open framework for a total duration of 7 years (3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years and then an additional 2 years). There will be no limit to the number of suppliers that will be appointed to the framework. The framework will be split into 6 Lots covering the whole of the North Yorkshire Council boundary: • Lot 1 - The Towns • Lot 2 - The Dales • Lot 3 - The Moors • Lot 4 - The Coast • Lot 5 - Specialist Care (Countywide) • Lot 6 - Extra Care (Countywide) Providers will be able to apply to deliver services in up to two locality Lots (Lots 1-4). Providers can bid for Lot 5 and 6 in addition to the two locality Lots. As part of the application, providers will be asked to submit rates for the locality areas they are looking to operate in.
