Intention to Award Notice under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) - Direct Award Process B The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. North Lincolnshire Council has determined that the proposed provider meets the relevant criteria set out in the Regulations. The Council is therefore satisfied that the provider is capable of delivering the proposed contract to the required standard. The contract is for the provision of NHS Health Checks to eligible adults aged between 40 and 74 who are not currently on a cardiovascular disease register or being treated as being at risk of cardiovascular disease. The service will be delivered through a General Practice service model within Primary Care settings. The contract will be awarded to the eligible providers in accordance with Direct Award Process B under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
