This project is proposed to evaluate how a facility for carrying out the 195 fleet maintenance requirements can be provided at NL. This will also need to consider operational constraints and layout, engineering infrastructure standards, electrified roads, movement control at NL, and walkways, lighting and other supporting works. A feasibility assessment and options appraisal will be delivered for each element, to enable Northern stakeholders to select the optimum single option which will be recommended to progress to design stage.
