About this contract

NEPO is preparing a national procurement for building materials, managed stores, modular build and additional services. This work is at an early stage and all details, including scope and structure, remain subject to further development and governance. The new procurement will succeed the current NEPO219 arrangement, which is approaching expiry under the transition to the Procurement Act 2023. NEPO and The Procurement Partnership Ltd will work collaboratively to support key elements of the procurement process, including market engagement, preparation of tender documentation, the management of competitive procedures, and related evaluation and contract management activity. Further information will be released as the project progresses. NEPO is a Centralised Procurement Authority as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), providing central purchasing activity on behalf of Contracting Authorities.
