Services may be required across all stages of project delivery, including but not limited to: NEC Supervisor mobilisation, construction phase inspections, monitoring, compliance with the Scope and contract requirements, reporting, defect management, commissioning and project close-out. The value stated in this notice is an estimate only. The Council does not guarantee the value or number of contracts to be awarded under the framework.
