NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP), in collaboration with the NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee, is undertaking the October 2026 refresh of the National Collaborative Framework Agreement for Adult Mental Health and Learning Disability Hospital Services, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), on behalf of the Local Health Boards in Wales and the contracting authority for the Isle of Man. The Framework Agreement covers the provision of specialist inpatient Adult Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and ongoing care services for patients requiring placements. Bidders will be assessed under the following key criterion as stated in PSR Wales Regulations 2025 and aligned within the Framework; 1.
