Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) established in September 2024 combining Connect Schools Academy Trust & Compass Academy Trust to form a new dynamic Trust of ten strongly performing schools across Bromley and Kent. The ICT Support at the trust is provided by two current support and service providers, who broadly support the schools who belonged to the separate Trusts pre-merger. They both provide a mix of scheduled onsite visits, remote support and other supporting services. The companies identified from these shortlisting questions to receive the ITT for the Managed Service will then receive a detailed set of requirements to support all the schools in the newly formed Trust. For the purposes of this shortlisting stage bidders should assume that the ITT will include, but is not be limited to; - strategic advice and direction to the Trust regarding ICT a core service covering (at a minimum) term time, incorporating on-site staff/visits as necessary - Service desk - local staffing that bidders deem necessary to deliver the SLA responsibility for design, specification, installation, and management of all ICT infrastructure - supply of goods and services b
