This procurement was conducted by Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust ("MEH") in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. University College London ("UCL IoO") (acting through its Institute of Ophthalmology) participated in this procurement. UCL is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Procurement Act 2023, and by its participation in this process has not submitted to the provisions of that Act. Two separate contracts were entered into. Although this notice is published as a single notice, it relates to two distinct contracts, both entered into with Crown Workspace Limited following the same procurement process: - a contract between MEH and Crown Workspace Limited, to the value of £385,252.00 excluding VAT; and - a contract between UCL (acting for its Institute of Ophthalmology) and Crown Workspace Limited, to the value of £195,812.44 excluding VAT. The total contract value stated in this notice is the combined value of both contracts and should be read as split between the two contracts as set out above. Each contract covers only the relocation requirements of the organisation that entered into it, and each organisation is responsible for its own contract,
