About this contract

This invitation to tender is issued by North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium ("NEUPC") for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainable Energy Services. The Mechanical and Electrical Service Lots (1 and 2 below) will be available to all members of NEUPC and SUPC. The framework will be regional, covering the North East, Yorkshire & Humber, East Midlands and West Midlands. The Services will be split into Reactive or Project-Led to allow for lower value (reactive) and higher value (project-led) services to be provided. The Sustainable Energy Service Lots (3, 4 and 5 below) will be available to all members of NEUPC, LUPC, SUPC and NWUPC. The framework will be considered national, but is broken down into ten distinct regions, covering the North East, Yorkshire & Humber, Midlands (East & West combined), East Anglia, London, South East. South West, Wales, North West and Cumbria.
