Works undertaken will be required to meet the Melton Void Quality Standard. This Lot is not available for subcontracting; the Council wishes to work directly with a main contractor only. Awarded contract value for Lot 2: £5,912,396 Lot 3 - Replacement Kitchens and Bathrooms Works to provide the wholesale replacement of existing kitchens and/or bathrooms within occupied homes. Awarded contract value for Lot 3: £9,730,458 The original award for this contract was awarded to Lot 4 - Combined Lot, however the decision was taken by the Authority to cancel this award and re-award the Lots as individual contracts.
