NHS Wales Performance and Improvement (NHS P&I) are issuing this Market Engagement Notice to engage with suppliers to gather feedback to support the development of a Telehealth Adoption Framework for NHS Wales. For the purposes of this engagement, Telehealth encompasses the use of digital technologies to support prevention, self-management, remote monitoring, virtual care, proactive intervention and home-based models of care. This preliminary market engagement exercise seeks to improve understanding of current and emerging market capability, implementation experience and future innovation. Suppliers should note that this engagement is also intended to improve understanding of supplier readiness against current standards, guidance and assurance arrangements commonly adopted within NHS and public sector environments, together with future areas of strategic importance.
