Denbighshire County Council proposes to reinstate the former Balfour Beatty compound, Marine Drive, Rhyl. The compound was formed as part of the coastal defence scheme. It is a planning requirement that the area is reinstated. Works will consist of the following main items; site clearance, excavation, fill, kerbing, footway construction, fencing, plaining and topsoiling.
