Beccles Quay car park is a gravelled car park off Fen Lane, Beccles, NR34 9BB. Access is via a private road, also owned by the Trust. The car park is 1977sq m (although this includes the spaces for motorhomes). The car park does not have individually marked spaces but c60-65 cars can park at same time. The parking charges are: 8am to 6pm: •First hour: FREE •Up to 2 hours: £1 •Up to 3 hours: £1.50 •Up to 4 hours: £2.50 •Up to 5 hours: £3 •All day: £4.50 6pm to 8am: free. Charges are reviewed annually. Income from the car park for 2024-25 was £25,824. (NB The car park includes an area to park 5 motorhomes. This part of the car park is excluded from this contract, as we will have separate arrangements. However, we will expect the successful bidder to co-operate with the motorhome provider to ensure that inappropriate charges are not levied).
