The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the “Council”) is issuing this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice to inform the market of its intention to undertake a contract encompassing 9 sites to deliver a total of 342 homes. These Major Works contracts will support the delivery of the Council's Mayor's Accelerated Housing Programme. Project: Mayor’s Accelerated Housing Programme | London Borough of Tower Hamlets The purpose of this Prior Market Engagement is to provide advance notice of the Council’s proposed procurement and to inform interested parties of the opportunity to take part in a pre-market engagement discussion, which will be subject to a maximum of ten, one to one sessions in order to inform the Council’s procurement strategy for the anticipated procurement process.
